In order to book the accomodation, you must pay a certain amount up front, usually this is about 20% of the total property rental. However, you will get it back if you cancel within the free cancelation period. if you cancel after this free period you won’t get the deposit back.
We hold a certain amount to verify your payment method e.g card. The deposit amount is a guarantee in case the guest no-show.

The rentals through our platform are usually per property and for the number of guests indicated by the property owner. However some suite accommodations my be listed per person and this is specified on booking process.
You will receive an email with your invoice number and this is your proof of the reservation once the deposit was paid.
The specific time of check in and check out is set from the property, usually the check in is at 3pm and check out at 11.00am However each property are quite flexible when possible.
You can extend your stay to the same property if there is availability and will do our best to keep your payment fee the same
